THE FOUR WEEK TRAINING CAMP TO GET YOU FIGHTING FIT.
WHAT IS PUNCH CAMP?
PUNCH camp is a 4 week fight camp with a progressive and structured training to help you lose weight and increase your fitness levels.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Once you sign up, we will schedule you for a 1-to-1 appointment with the instructor. This will entail an optional nutritional evaluation, and a weigh & measure. You will get the chance to ask the instructor any questions you may have to get you prepped and ready for the challenge ahead.
The program consists of 12 structured boxing-based workouts, done indoors and outdoors, with a mix of boxing, lifting and running. Each class is 1 hour long.
During the course of 4 weeks, you will get to know the instructor and the instructor will get to know you. This will help the instructor understand your current level of fitness and help you progress over the course of the program.
The camp will start and end at a defined date so if you miss the starting date, you will have to wait for the next scheduled camp.
Only people who sign up for PUNCH camp will attend these structured classes, and we have a deliberately limited the number of spots available to help us achieve a group personal training experience.
