Want your personal time with the instructor? Have specific goals you need help achieving? Personal training might just be for you. Follow the below steps to reserve your next spot.

STEP 1: CHOOSE YOUR PACK

1 CLASS

1 personal training session with an instructor. 

Valid for 30 days from date of purchase.

AED 350

12 CLASSES

12 personal training sessions with an instructor. 

Valid for 2 months from date of purchase.

AED 3500

TERMS​

  • In order to confirm your session, you must first purchase a class or package online or at the front desk.

  • You can only cancel up to 12 hours before the class. Otherwise, it will be considered as a 'No Show' and the credits will be consumed.

  • No compensation shall be entitled for 'No Shows' and late cancellations.

  • Package is non refundable, non exchangeable, non transferable and cannot be frozen.​

  • Our personal training sessions are offered only inside our club and not anywhere else. E.g your home, another gym, etc.

  • If you would like to train as a couple, the second person gets 30% off on either package.

  • If you bought the package as a couple and only one of you attends the session, the session will be considered as completed for both of you.

  • You must submit the provided consultation form below 24 hours before your first session.

This form helps us understand your individual goals. Write down your specific goals, concerns and questions you may have. Please ensure you submit this no later than 24 hours before your first session.

 

* Forms that are not submitted will have to be filled during your first session which will eat up from your training time.
