WHAT IS PUNCH UNIVERSITY?

PUNCH University is a once-a-week four session program that concentrates on improving your boxing techniques. Each session will have a number of drills that will develop your form, footwork, breathing, and general Boxing IQ. The sessions will sequentially advance in complexity with an overall aim to enhance your boxing skills.

 

This program will give you the proper baseline to further enhance your experience in all other PUNCH classes.

THE DETAILS

THIS PROGRAM IS FOR YOU IF:

  • You want to learn boxing and not sure where to start.

  • You have some boxing experience and want a professional to help you with further development.

  • You would like to incorporate boxing into your workout routine.

  • You are interested in boxing as a sport.
